Hi Everyone,
I have decided to buy my better half a snowpeak campfire, but can't decide what size to buy a medium or a large. We have an off road van and the majority of time there is only two of us or maybe 4. So all you people who have one what is your recommendation
Thanks heaps

I would be buying the largest. It is easier to have a small fire in the large one than a large fire in the small one.

i have just bought the large and reckon its the right size, i would get large again.

We bought the large one. Great unit.
Would consider anything below that size to be too small...

There are only the two of us travelling.

We went with the medium ... kit (grill bridge. grill net, base, canvas bag, etc). Normally two of us and it works fine for cooking and sitting around (you can still build a pretty big fire in the medium).

Went medium due to size issues packing into the 4wd with all the other crap we had to pack ... now we have a camper, i'd consider the large ... only $45 dearer ... and if you go the full kit there's still only $45 the difference.

Look at this pic' .... ??? There's only 100 x 100mm difference across the top.

We went the large full kit for two adults and one child. Great size perfect for us and would go the large again.

High Barb,

We decided on the large size, just arrived a week ago and got it out with a few drinks on Friday night.
Great size with a great fire, Queensland in summer is not the best time to have a fire so we only looked at the fire from afar!!!
Any smaller than large would be to small in my opinion.

Definitely go the large. A great fire pit.
