Tow hitch rear recovery point for my CT

I have a trackabout CT and need a tow hitch on the back so i can add a bike rack.  I would do it myself but sooner or later I will use it as a recovery point and i dont trust my welding for that sort of load lol!
Does anyone know of a fabricator that could do this that is close to the CBD in Melbourne?
