Im Now Officially a Sandgroper

Well after 2 and a half years of FIFO and living between WA and VIC i have finally decided to pull my finger out and become a Sandgroper

So the car and goldstream now sport WA plates considering this is the third state Vera the Prado has now been registered in i suppose now ive done this i better move to QLD

Welcome, Chester you are a privileged bloke!
But you're right about the Bintang singlets. And the $50 lobster.
Not to mention the $5 coffees and the $29.95/kg lamb chops and the fact that capsicums cost more than rump steak. And I seriously saw some eggs recently in Coles that were $9.95 a dozen.
And it's going to be bloody 42 degrees in Perth on Sunday.
And remember when beer was the working man's drink? In WA, it's the stockbroker's drink. And I was in a Perth pub last week which offered cider at $18 a pint.
But the sunshine's good and the locals are friendly and I hope you enjoy your time here.

Welcome to WA, it's a big state with some spectacular places to visit!  I've put over 20,000 klms on my KK in a little over two years and haven't managed to even leave the state!  I hope you give the Goldstream a good hammering
