Engel fridges seals

Hi all,

Have been using my two 40L Engels over the Christmas break and have found that one just isn't keeping as cold as the other anymore.  On closer inspection, the fridges door/lid seal is as hard as rock...  We're can you get these from and any idea on the approx cost?  Are they easy to put on yourself?
