Hi Wayne

Here are a few pics of the conversion of the 12V battery drill to 12V with lead.


Battery removed from battery case


Hole drilled in back of battery case and 6mm twin cable inserted and joined to existing power wires


Cable gland added to stop cable being ripped out on battery case. Anderson plug on the other end. Job done and ready for action. 19mm socket fitted for winding down/up camper stabilisers.
I have a 10mtr 6mm twin cable with Andersons either end that is attached to the drill and can be plugged into either the car or camper power easily. Works well, no worrying about charging drill batteries while away and only cost a few dollars.
