Need help with Classifieds

Can someone please help, I want to advertise our trailer for sale, have gone into trailer classifieds where do you go from there as I went to Topic and no luck, what am I doing wrong.

"Additional Options" at the bottom to upload pics.

make sure your images arent too big and are hosted on the interwebs somewhere
