On another site, there was a bloke saying how AI produced music was just as valid as music produced by human artists. I explained that you can have absolutely no talent, and still produce a song, with listenable music and lyrics, with about 20 seconds of input from your keyboard, so it really devalues true artists. I then got onto a website that allows a free song, and typed in

"make me a country & western song about a man named (inserted his profile name) who's wife left him, his dog died and his horse died"

Less than 20 seconds of KB input on a free website and it produced this: Toto's song

So imagine what you could do if you used a paid website with options on style, instruments, vocals, chorus etc etc, and spent half an hour on it.

My point being that AI generated music is talentless grist for the mill, but can be fun to do.
