  Went in one at a Coolangatta Airshow in the eighties

Was that the show where they had a B52 & F111 flyover

A later Airshow in the Mid eighties + from memory Fizz .. The twin pioneer was based at Coolangatta and doing scenic flights ..
It was bought up from storage in Sydney around 1983 .
I dont recall the B52 / F111 Airshow, I might have been playing War'ies out the back of Canungra at the time .

    The Solera is a bloody nice drop and would wannabe at $180, so only a special occasion.    Nothing mixed in with it neither, just over some ice.

I just googled Brissie coffee prices (I don't drink coffee) and $180 is a bit over 30 coffees. Makes the Solera a bargain!

Chit, I never thought of that comparison.  I was in two minds about getting this package, because the rum came to $400 and the decanter set was another $65. My son said just do it, because you've been though a lot of crap in the last couple of years, so I did.
