I've always had a woody for Overlanders.  Almost bought one 16 years ago from a guy in Tassie but was not able to finalise the deal. It had a fuel injected 308 with the turbo700 gearbox in a station wagon.......................still kicking myself over that one  :-[

Next one that's been dragged home to get back on the road and fund the EK and drag car build. It's a bit new for my liking but I've always like the twin headlight prems and ls monaros in the hq series.

Yeah, nice Prem you picked up. What's hanging down underneath it?

You make sure the ol girl in the background still gets some attention now....

Ordered the following today for our big girl.

Full gasket set.
8 x pistons. (30thou over)
Rings.
Bearings.
New cam.
Lifters.
Oil pump rebuild kit
Auto service kit.

Pretty happy and fairly broke now.

Yabba dabber do, a little box of goodies just arrived form the states about 10 minutes ago too.

The thing hanging down is some garden hose that was being used to feed the trans cooler ....

Yes the poor old Ek is well overdue for some attention. It will happen sometime this century.
