Heavy rain for us a lot of the night. Inam doing the corporate Triathlon today and my swim leg is no longer on as the weather has blown out the course and the stormwater run of would be a mess. After a couple of months swim training I now have to do a run, bugger

Yeah, I think the wind dislodged some loose tiles and in the water came

EDIT - In the light of day I can see that the wind got under a piece of flashing and dislodged it taking a tile with it, hence open hole in roof and wet ceiling

We had half a 12 year old ornamental pear tree come down in the back yard. Not so ornamental any more.
