Slight breeze overcast and misty wet and a comfortable temp with an occasional heavier sprinkle just enough to keep the grass to wet to mow, Dammit ....
Now the 6 yro will want to watch movies or something instead of doing the mowing .

Just looking at the weather map and it looks like the areas around Thargominda and Tibaburra are getting a lot of rain. Anyone out there?

It rained for 5 minutes about an hour ago ... so there is the 0 - 2mm they predicted.  Hoping for some more soon ... but I can see stars so not too hopeful.

         19 kids were locked in cars in Victoria in the last few days according to the report on the radio a few mins ago. >:(. WTF!!!

No Breeze or Wind... There was a little storm on Tuesday Night without any real rain, a fair bit of wind for 30 mins, but mainly lots of lightning that just started a heap of fires.

That was our first trip there but will definitely be back.... would imagine thats pretty standard for that time of year....don't be put off it sounds hot but you just need to walk 10 meters to the beach and sea breeze.. :cheers: :cheers:
