My Noosa Strade Bianche bike is ready.

It was destined for the tip when I bought it, a heap of elbow grease, some parts and it is reborn.

That has come up very nice, well done mate.  8)

WTF? I used to fit both my Road and Track bikes in mine, with both wheels still attached!  ??? Fold the rear seat down and up and in they went.  ;D

Thanks, how's this? It is seriously hard riding with 38mm bars.

On point.
Will you change the seat to maintain it or leave as is. Bit hard to tell from the pic on its condition

The rest of the components are original spec' from the FatBoy.

The seat is a similar vintage Rolls San Marco. It's 'patina' matches the bike nicely, except for being made in Italy where everything else is Japan :)

Good work, really helps with the W/kg. I'm down 12 with about 4 to go but they're being stubborn.

If you're working from home still, a few walking meetings during the day and you're done. I found an every other day 45 min medium pace walk did the trick for the weight loss, the riding helped with the fitness. Once you've done it a few times it will turn into a habit.

I need to be on a keyboard for my meetings though... But I do roam around the house when I can - long range headset
