Windows 10 Guru Needed

I need to do a clean reinstall of win 10, what files do I need to backup so I don't loose any of my data.How do I tell which are win 10 system files and which aren't , they seem to be a bit mixed

why need to reinstall?

Google is your friend.

look in device manager for device make/models if you dont know so you get drivers
Any driver folders back em up

under users your name\
my documents
photos
music
downloads
desktop
any other folders you saved Shit to

Bit late to the party but i used Hekasoft to do a backup to transfer to a new PC, it can backup your full email client including all the emails and settings.
It does lots of other programs as well.
