& where does fairness & so on come into play here If just any person drove across the Bridge at 5kph, stopped in the middle of it & got out to admire the view, they'd be in the slammer within 5 minutes & their vehicle would be towed away.

But it's OK for Protestors^TM to disrupt 000s of people
