Jeepers Creepers

I just call my wife a really bad name, not a little bad, but the biggie.

The following running, ducking, weaving and pleading seems to get my circulation moving just fine.

Best of all, its free.
I DON'T CARE HOW NICE THE HAND SOAP SMELLS.....

You should never walk out of the public toilets sniffing your fingers.

Pottsy

FIL who is 81 with bone on bone in both knees uses one of those when his legs are giving him trouble, not sure how effective it really is but he uses his regularly and says it helps him to get mobile.
Wife has a similar unit which she uses when her legs cramp up from muscle spasms from Parkinson's.
Offers some relief.
if God had meant me to walk he wouldn't have invented 4wds! Mitsubishi Challenger Pc 2014 (Blondie)
Challange Meredien Offroad Walk Thru

CTL

My wife is on her feet all day.  Comes home and uses one of these.  Loves it.  Certainly reduces the aches and pains in her feet and lower legs.

Digity Dig

Anyone else using these..?

My sister in law bought one the TV and movie guy promotes and used it for a couple of weeks and said it was great.
She no longer uses it so I'm thinking either a miraculous cure or a mind bending temporary feel good gimmick.
Read all the disclaimers in the ad saying the new version is better than the older versions of the same brand, the ifs and possibilities of it and that all points to a massive try to avoid false advertising rules.
They may make good paint shakers though.

I bought one but my tv reception didn't improve

I always thought they would be mind over matter.

Oh Kev, It's such a good thing that your good lady wife doesn't (presumably) read your postings on here....

And if I may say so, specially after your last photo of said good lady in the boot being of a less then flattering pose....  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Well I bought one.. Well worth trying out with my ****ed leg

User manual bout 30 pages, bout 20 pages of warnings... 4 pages of Troubleshooting..
The Model I got came with the TENS pads .. and he rocking base

Went for a 5k walk round the block, felt really good when I got back, so thought time to give it a go for the first time.
Ran for the initial 30 mins with the base fixed, then did another 10 mins with the base setup to rock back and forward. Finished about 10 mins ago.. Leg is sorta tingling

Will see how it goes tonight and tomorrow and report back..

I've used Tens machines on my back, shoulders, legs, arms and neck for years and it is the only thing that will relieve pain or aching in the areas sometimes. You just make sure that when you turn it on around your neck/shoulders, that you check the intensity level setting.  ;) The first time that I didn't check it, it was on 10 and my arm started flailing around like one of those air advertising thingies that sit above waving the arms around.  :o

So long as you have tried your best, you should have no regrets.
