Hey guys,

I recently relocated from NSW to WA and had to leave a camper at a mates place. after about 8 months trying to sell it with no luck, I think I have to bring it to Perth and try and sell it here. i have had about 4 different companies (inc online transport quote systems) quote me upwards of $2700.

Can I get it done for any better?

cheers.

Offer to pay for the extra fuel and I'm sure someone will be heading that way soon.

Might be worth dropping your asking price by 3K first to see if you get any interest first, you are going to go from probably about 15M people within a days drive to about 2M, and their aren't many wanting to pay big $$$ for softfloor campers, Perth used prices have seemed a bit higher when I have looked in the past though.

Things are still a bit tight here in the west too.

At fizzie
Not sure about earning enough to make it a profitable business as such
as 2k minus all outgoings wouldn't leave much on the bottom line, But doing it would/ could help fund touring around the country  ( if you utilize what your moving)

Sadly, the costs of getting vehicles sent west is up at the moment as there is little for the trucks to bring back east for some reason. I'm in the game of shifting cars about in sth east Qld and know of a yard with 60 cars waiting to go west out of brissy alone, but are not going due to the trucks having no return loads.
Swag mail or selling is the best options unfortunately.
