Had 2 alarms installed by Steves, both have worked very well. Did have  a problem with one once when out of warranty. He came out, checked a fuse replaced it and didn't charge me. That's good service. Have to say I looked at the fuse and it looked good. Didn't check it with a meter. It had a hairline crack in it so same you couldn't see. I should know better.
