Hi all,

First post, new to site, not new to camping.

Always swagged it out of the back of a 2009 GU Patrol (latest of 3 I have owned) and several 80 series and earlier cruisers before that.

Looking to ease the punishment on the old bones and buy myself rear or forward fold hard floor in the not too distant future.

So have joined the forum to try to nut out what is my best options for a camper trailer in the 20-25k range.

Will be poking around, picking brains and so forth.

You never know, one day I may even progress past the stupid know nothing newbie level and actually contribute to the forum.

Cheers,

Mr. Fatfingers from the west coast of Oz.

Welcome to the best forum group around. Your humble approach will win you many friends, but just watch the one's who's name's start with 'S'😁
Seeing you know nothing, I'd suggest you invest in a Trackabout. A few of our fellow westralians have started a trend with them. But then what would I know🤔

Hi Fatfingers

The transition to campertrailers is an interesting one that we have done over the last 3 years.  We started with an older cheapy that we thought would suit us, then moved to an outrageously expensive one we hope will suit us.  I would recommend the 1st but not necessarily the 2nd.  Anyway it's a fun journey
