Same here, 5 days of mowing in 30* plus heat

This time of year though, is really good for a laugh.
I always get this from someone I've never mowed for before Xmas,.(often from more than one idiot too)

THEM "Oh mate, could run the mower over my place on Thursday or Friday please?"

ME "When was it last mowed?"

THEM "OH, about maybe 6 or 8 weeks ago, but its an easy mow, only takes 15 minutes"

ME So why haven't you mowed it yourself"

THEM "Gotta a bad back, can't mow, can't work, been on centrelink since I was 12 years old."

ME "Yeah righto, I can do it, but i'm booked out until FEB 2017, but I could squeeze you in on FEB 3rd."

THEM "Ya fukkin joking, i need it mowed for Xmas"

ME "What, this year?"

THEM Click noise followed by phone going silent.

ME Laugh so hard, current client thinks i'm dumber than I already am and is not sure if i'm having a fit or a stroke.
I DON'T CARE HOW NICE THE HAND SOAP SMELLS.....

You should never walk out of the public toilets sniffing your fingers.

might be some disappointed people here in Brisbane also with yards not mowed....their mower mans trailer was missing it's passenger side wheel as I drove past it yesterday morning

wasn't me, I didn't know them...lol...the 2 guys from the vehicle were walking back to the trailer with the wheel it lost as I went past , looked like the fun part of getting the trailer off the ground at the corner of a busy intersection was next to begin.
