Welcome! Enjoy your camper and there are plenty of jayco mods/additions in the 'My Camper Trailer' section.

Welcome. I had an old Jayco from the 80s and it went quite well. Few hiccups at times but people on the forum helped me massively to work out solutions.

First thing, did it come with a jack? A lot of the earlier vans didnt, but good to check.

Quick easy one is new covers for all cushions if you can sew. Lots of paint products at Bunnings if you don't fancy the benchtop. New lino on the floor. Change lights to LEDs

Electric water pump, flexi lights that fit on poles that hold canvas up so light in bed area ( you also need to replace lights as it needs special bayonet fitting included) . We have a refurbed Dove and just got tail lights andcrunning lights replaced with LED version. Bit steep at $750 but peace if mind for me in rain or poor viz.
