Expected travel time Zillmere to just over the gateway from 7am?

Hi all, just a question as to what i could expect in travel time by road with my own car on the gateway from zillmere to just over the gateway from about 7 am as i need to start my new course come monday morn at 8am. iv heard nudgee can get rather slow at times, also any recomendations on a quicker route to the port area via the gateway bridges.

Good run.....15 to 20 mins
Bad run.....1.5 to 2.0 hrs
I've been driving to the same street in Eagle Farm from Morayfield and back for the last 25 years taking every possible route at times.
Worst ever was 5.5 hours to get home one Xmas eve.
Best was 35mins
At 7 am I'd avoid the gateway motorway as long as possible and take Sandgate Rd until Toombul rd roundabout and get on there and straight over the bridge

I've been doing the airport drive daily from Deception bay via the Gway, for 10 years and you can't plan the travel time it will take, traffic was as bad at 5:30 as 7.  X 2 on avoiding gateway during peak
