Chips on Tow Bar
« on: November 16, 2013, 03:05:04 PM »
Hi All,

I have a number of spots where the black paint has chipped off the tow bar. These spots are now attracting surface rust. Does anyone treat these spots with anything to stop further rust etc?

Thanks

1. Give the offending spot a rub with steel wool to remove the surface rust
2. Grab a satin black paint spray can and spray some paint into the cap
3. Dab a q-tip in the paint and then apply to area you want to paint
4, Sit back, admire your handy work and let your OCD relax
