New member from Tassie
« on: September 29, 2013, 05:33:53 PM »
Hi all, only just discovered this forum in the last week, I have just purchased a 1984 jayco dove that I plan to refurb a bit, I was googleing some info and that's how I found the forum, also have an old soft floor camper that I have been dragging around for a few years, together with the wife and kids we try to get away as much as we can during Tassies warmer weather, any way that's a little about me to start with , looking forward to going through all the great info this forum and its members have on offer.
Cheers Choppa

Welcome Choppa,

Great that you found us, one of the friendliest places on the web that I have come across.

Have you thought about a diesel heater so you can enjoy the wonderful Tasmanian country more of the year?

Welcome to MySwag Chopper, there are few Jayco owners on the forum that could help out with advice on your re-curb. See you around the forum mate.

Cheers for all the hello's guys,
yep Bunyip have looked at a few heaters, and now we have the dove instead of the old soft floor I might look into it a bit better, the way the weather has been this winter its not so much the cold as the rain that keeps me home
