Hello All, I am a new member to the forum and have been enjoying the various topics discussed. We have been camping for several years now, TGLW and I, firstly in a dome tent whilst living in Cairns and since moving down south decided a CT would be better for us due to the freezing cold weather. We purchased a Pinnacle soft floor which we had for just over a year but recently sold it as it was far too difficult and long setup time, particularly when doing quick weekend trips.
We have looked around for a while now and have just recently put down a deposit on a Flamingo Outback which we don't get for another 6 weeks. I am driving the wife crazy already and I still have that 6 weeks to wait.
We look forward to meeting other folks out on the road over the coming months.

Thanks to all for the welcome the GLW and I will certainly get to a meet as soon as possible. GanG yeah mate seems the time to be buying, I am beside myself with excitement and cannot wait to get out and get camping again. We are going to bright in a couple of weeks but will be tenting it as the new CT won't be ready. Just good to be out and about, I will post some pics of the set up.

Welcome De Ville,
The wait will be worth it, suppose the first trip is already planned.
Enjoy the great Oz outdoors.

All this really great weather and I am still waiting for the new arrival, so TGLW and I will be getting out the tent again over the next couple of weeks to do a couple of quick weekenders, just to reduce the stress.
