Anyone in the Coffs Harbour Area

Hi all,

I am looking for a favour from anyone who may live in the Coffs Area,  I am looking at an Expanda that is for sale there, if we decide to go the next step, I am hoping that someone could have a bit of a look for me to let me know if it is what it seems, as we are looking to buy sight unseen and pick it up in a few weeks.

Yeah I am in the Coffs area but between work and other commitments, I wont be able to have a look for about a week, if that is okay I can have a look for you.
