I'm using iPad 2 and purchased HD version for IPad last night.
I must say it is much better than using safari to navigate the forum.

I'm not a fan of tapatalk. I prefer just to use the web browser on my iPad. I find google chrome better than safari.

Plus I don't want to pay for the iPad version of tapatalk.

The version I have on my iPhone is free. But the HD version for iPad costs. It's not much. But I'm cheap  >:D

I like tapatalk cause it allows you to see all unread posts in the one screen rather than having to navigate the different forums to see replies

I like tapatalk cause it allows you to see all unread posts in the one screen rather than having to navigate the different forums to see replies

You can do the same in your preferred browser.  Just click on "see unread posts since last visit" under your forum name in top right hand corner of window.  Brings up a list of unread posts.  Then click on the little page icon with arrow on the far right of the window beside each thread.  Takes you straight to the last post.

Thnx GG and Firefox,
I'm only having an issue with the ipad app. Iphone version ok.

For the last few weeks ipad app wouldn't let me upload a pic into the original post. I had to save it and then go back and add pics as an edit.

In the last 2 days since coming back from Knockwood, the ipad app won't let me edit and I get the error message that I sent to you.

I've checked for an ipad app update but I'm on current version.

No issue with the other 24 forums I'm on with tapatalk.

No biggie, I can still use safari and iphone. Just my experience

Same here, I used Tapatalk but didn't think much of it. Maybe I am just too used to a browser.

Probably just a user preference. I find the app easier to scan latest topics through timeline and you don't see all the side bar info on users. Just the topic and posts.
