Hi.
New here. Not much to me. I'm an old bloke and due to changes in my life will be re-starting out very late in my camping life. At the moment just getting ideas on what's out there and what seems to work for others. When I was younger I did some camping from a backpack so have cut my teeth on roughing it. But SWMBO & me are turning soft and looking for comfort to go with the fresh air. Anyway I am amongst you now so happy camping.

Looking at a hard floor or crossover van. At least SWMBO is. Dollars is the stumbling block. She wants a shower & toilet so that narrows the choices down a bit.

We have the Jayco Swan which has an external shower and we use a porta potti which does the five of us fine (except when you have to empty it

) or you can get the flamingo which you can option with an internal shower and toilet.
It makes for comfortable camping. They generally go for around $25 -$30.000 mark new depending how far you option them and can go most places. You can snap them up used for a reasonable price nOw and again so keep your eyes on the classifieds
