Got this message today.

Has anyone else has one? seems a bit sus to me....

No idea but I would not mind another lug ended comfort connect to use on my battery if they aregiving them away. Maybe ring CTEK Australia if there is such a beast and ask for Emma?

Sounds a little suspect, has the sender got a bit of history with the Forum or are they new? Maybe get the mods onto the case

Wheres the scam? My guess is its a legit offer. If your concerned get it sent to your work or a friend etc, I use a po box so dosnt concern me.

My concern is that in this day and age any Business giving something for nothing is very strange - where is the catch...

G'day guy's, yep it's legit, got the same message last month, replied with the inlaws P.O Box in case it was suspect, hey presto the item turned up as promised

The only scam would be if this person didn't have such an obvious connection with Ctec (username is pretty obvious) and continually plugs the Ctek brand in threads or bombarded posts with plugs for their products.

It's good when businesses are open about their affiliation or involvement with products, and are also willing to give advice about products without plugging their own brands blatantly.

I'm a firm believer that businesses involved on the forum, should have some mention of the fact in their signature, or as in this case an obvious reference to the products involved in their user name.
