Was a little dubious, but thought what the heck!
Have a PO Box and a few days later I received the connector.
For the cost of postage and a dollar for the product (cost price) a great PR for the company.

I was thinking along these lines. I've only got an old arlec charger, would a ctec be better?

Same here I received one as well, had no follow up hassels, looks OK to me I now have a spare connector for the cost of 1 email.

I have a ctek outside charging up the camper right now, great products and I always had great service from them when I was in retail and selling them, I always had people coming in and asking why their old Arlec wouldn't charge their new bike battery and it only got hot, my reply was " you need the snowflake" before selling them one. I will be buying a dc charger soon too.

CTEKoz joined 3/2/11 and I recieved a PM from Emma that same day with this same offer also but I declined because I had no need for one, I do not take things just because they are free if I do not require them, that way hopefully someone who is in real need may be lucky enough to score

CTEKoz to date has nil posts but her offers are nevertheless very generous
