Knee’s & Shoulders

I had a total shoulder replacement 01/12/25 Ball & socket coming along OK but I overdo my exercises at times I think. Had to get my knee done, get an MRI. Was diagnosed 3 1/2 years or so ago with Osteo Arthritis. Surgeon says I don't have O/A
I need a arthroscopy & partial medial menisectomy. Well that's a bloody lot better than a knee replacement. Had it done today in at 06-30 out at 10-00. Only we've got a problem Houston. I have Anticular cartilage damage. All will be explained fully when I visit the surgeon's rooms on the 31st. Ah well too dear to travel now anyway. Might be a good job I never bought that lotto ticket 😉

It's a wonder that the cartilage damage wasn't picked up in the MRI but someone forked up with one of the diagnoses.

Hope it all goes well BD.I'd call for tags but the pic is too large & I can't be stuffed trying to alter it. We need to get back into that desert again. I look like doing the CSR again with youngest son next year, probably June.

Well mate next year will be '27 so I'm open for '28 if I ain't turning up daisies. Recon the Canning will just about the end of the camper trailer, Have to restore my old caravan. who posted those photos of my family ? That wasn't intentional I can tell you. shoulder & knee are coming along just fine. 2 weeks tomorrow for the knee, forgot yesterday & again today & knelt on the knee. It's not quite that good yet, Ouch. Bloody long way from here but couldn't be better if we could catch up. Talk to that bloody Kiwi that shod the horses at Mt Dare. He'd fit right in. Went to get photos of him as a farrier but he'd finished.Sounds like CC is the go.

Mudgee. They took forever to shoe them two horses, and that barrel of port was almost empty from our group. BD behind the bar. Was another cracking night.
