Have a look on ebay. There's a 15% off coupon from Aussie sellers. If you have been looking for something you might find a bargain.

So I am looking at a $69 item with $7 postage. That comes to $76 but does it qualify or is the discount just on the item not the postage?

Hmmm i spent 800 on ebay on the weekend on a few differnt things but i dont believe i got a discount
Is there a code or something that you need to put in and what does it apply to?
Rod
Edit forget this just found the thread in the Showroom section advising that it is code15 :cup:
Anybody tried to use it?
I tried this morning and got this message...
Sorry, the seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you at this time.
•This may occur for various reasons. For example, the seller might have a limit for the amount of items that can be purchased within a given time.

You wouldn't have, it only started on Monday morning and you have to put in the Code CODE15. Depending on what you bought it might be worthwhile contacting the seller to see if you can cancel the other order and purchase again with the Code, It doesn't come out of their pocket so they might be happy too. It does end tomorrow so you would have to pay for it tomorrow at the latest.
Thanks mate. All sent already unfortionatly

It's working the seller has likely blocked you for one of the following reasons
Quote
You can block buyers from bidding on or purchasing your items by specifying buyer requirements. You can block buyers who:
Don't have a PayPal account
Have unpaid items recorded on their account
Have a primary shipping address in countries you don't want to ship to
Have violated eBay policies
Have a Feedback score lower than the number you specify
Are currently winning or have bought 1-100 of your items in the last 10 days (you can specify the number)
Just got a 2.5 x 3m awning :)
Got a variety of things for the van reno so happy days ;D
Drained the bank balance though :'(

Incorrect.
The home page states: 1 transaction per person.

The home page states: 1 transaction per person. correct
Yes, they say one per person but if you have more than one account (registered with different email address and linked to a different PayPal account) then you can use it on both accounts. They are assuming that everyone only has one account but this isn't always the case.

Correct :)
Good point.
Umm, simple question, where do you put the code ??

Gronk there is a box at the bottom of the checkout page where you enter the code and it then adjusts the pricing accordingly before you move onto the payment page.
But I gather you have already committed to buy at that point? Does it definetly work?

Committed to buy, but not paid. A bit like you have taken something to the checkout, they have scanned it but you haven't yet forked over the $$$, if you didn't pay all that would happen is you would get a mark against your account. Yes it works, just put through an order.
You could be right but am not sure that is the case. I placed the items into my shopping cart and it was in there I applied the code prior to completing / checking out. I am pretty sure that while in the cart you can remove items and save until later as you wish prior to saying buy.
Rod
Correct. It is before you really buy it.
You always can go back and remove it.
I picked up a spare set of bearings last night.
And they arrived today! Great service.

eBay seems to have Shit itself. Have been trying to check out for the last hour. At various steps it comes up with an error.
Anyone else having that trouble?
Edit: Finally got it to work after attempt 96!
Got some fj45 bits to work on my project. Saved $45
Got myself a Rivnut Tool not a big saving but will certainly get good use on the camper.
Was $89 down to $76
