My son is making outdoor furniture and uses 2 types of woodscrews .. They are a bit expensive to buy
in small quantities .. I've searched Evilbay and Aliexpress and still can't get a "reasonable" price ..
Anyone on here know where to buy them in boxes of 1000 at a good price ???
Cheers

I use Coventry fastners for that sort of stuff mate. I think they are undergoing a name change, but Google should sort that out.
We usually buy stainless screws in boxes of 500 from there, no idea what we pay though as its a trade account. But as the boss's are a bit stingy, I'm guessing not much.

Mandrake,
I have an account at www.bolt.com.au (http://www.bolt.com.au)
Have a look and see if you can find what you want, send me a pm with the product codes and I'll see if my price is better than the list price. Usually it is.
Sorry Steve, totally forgot about this today. Will try again tomorrow
