Well a sad day for me today. For 16 years I have had fun wrestling and boxing my young fella. Not anymore;

It does make you proud doesnt it!

My girls arent at that point yet, but we love to watch them at tournaments (and bring home the trophy haull :cheers:)

Well done to the young fella, our 9 yo has her first TKD grading this weekend :)
