I can't help you with the camping side of things but the caves themselves are very impressive. There is a "Mirror" water refelction in one cave thats amazing.
Cheers

Chris.
how did you go with camping?
We usually do it as a day trip from Beachport, but if you found good camping locally that would be good to know.
We stayed at the Black Cockatoo Bush Camp last November - loved it. Not far from Naracoorte. Powered sites were being worked on when we were there.

do you remember what the camp fees were?
Just looked back through my journal - $15.00/night. That was for 2 adults.
Forgot to mention last post that we had a fire (fire rings provided) - not sure about restrictions etc.

Thanks for the info will check it out in July when we go to Naracoorte
We stayed at Nelson, then did the Nelson River Cruise to the caves and back.
It was a very enjoyable and relaxing day - we loved it!!

JK, I think you'll find that they were the Princess Margaret Rose Caves and not Naracoorte.
