Last trip Symon and Duggie " the chainsaw whisperer" carried chainsaws and I think J.K or Yogi had a welding kit. Please let me know who will be taking either or both.
Mark

I will have a chain saw
GG
I will also have a Honda 2kva gen. May hook them all up and bring an ice making machine.
Mark

We will take a welder
pete
With the number of generators in the group I may get Symon to set up a sub station in the back of his cruiser...

Was planning to take the 12v welding kit again along with my EU20 Honda, it won't hurt to have a few welding kits spread through out the convoy as not everyone is in one place at a given time so spreading out some of our resources could be a good thing. Will also have my two burner BBQ again so others are welcome to join in the cook ups at any time.
Was NOT planning on taking the chain saw, mine is not as good as Guggie's, his doubles as a trench digger as well :cup: , but mine only cuts wood :-[
We will most likely be taking the 2kVA generator, chainsaw and have finally taken the hint to carry a welder with a grinder
No chain saw......... :(
No welding kit........... :(
Only got an EU10i gennie....... :(
How can I show my face??........... ;D

Geoff, just carry enough unleaded fuel for the gennies mate. That will get you heaps of bargaining power and yYou won't need to buy any beer. you will be able to trade litre for litre I recon if last year was anything to go by. ;D ;D ;D

Duggie don't scare the other guys off with that monster. You going to wear that hockey mask again as the kids loved it especially at night.. ;D ;D
Mark
Anyone,
As I don't have a gene or chainsaw, how much unleaded would be required to exchange for power to run 2 small fridges (31 and 39 litre) and a battery charger.(Hint)
I've got 2 x 25 metre extension leads if needed.
I'll be available any time for 1 of your cookups, JK. Just let me know when and what to bring.

Mark
Welder and chainsaw will be on board. Pete
I will bring my 2Kva Honda genny.
Rod....
What 12V welders are people bringing ?
yogi
It looks like everything is covered. I have a 6.5 kVa gen set, a Lincoln MIG welder and a small 14" chainsaw. Don't camp near people, and use the gennie only when I have to. Good to know there is another boilermaker, I won't be called on for anything.
I'll have my 12v welding set 8) , but hopefully won't have to hold the hot end this time with all these boiler makers coming  ......................I love welding, can stand around all day watching it ;D

I'll have mine, which includes the custom made welding mask from the last trip. Wouldn't leave home without it.
