				And that is just the starting price, because on a bespoke truck like this, and with our knowledge of what we need for Australian conditions there are a couple of things you'd want to chuck on it. I wonder how much I'd save by forgoing the bottle of CO2?  ;D.

The yanks do love their charged CO2 bottles, don't they? I wonder why it's so popular over there, and yet unheard of over here? It's not as if they don't have air compressors there.
For my $140k though, I've got to admit, I'd probably just buy 2 x 200 series' and an old FJ45...
