I love fresh seafood but not too sure about this though

				Hmmm!  I've had fresh flat-head fillets twitch when placed in a hot pan, but I must say I find the squid is a little bizarre.
Not sure I would eat it raw, and I've not eaten the tentacles, only the 'tube', and that is yummy quickly fried in oil, perhaps a little crumbing for extras.
