Seems they've been quietly lurking around Myswag over in Wokeland-

Personally I think we should be a lot more multicultural with a goodwill visit to Singapore to bring back their rattan cane. Starting on the parents.

Melbourne teen, 13, involved in alleged attempted carjacking has seven charges dropped because of his age

But in court this week, those seven charges were dropped against the 13-year-old because the court held the police would not be able to prove any child of that age knew what he was doing was morally wrong.

The legal principle known as doli incapax presumes that a child between the ages of 10 and 14 lacks the criminal intent to be held responsible for a crime.

Doli incapax has a history almost as ancient as the Latin phrase itself. Examples of its existence can be traced back to the Middle Ages, and as early as 1619 it was expressed in England

These little arse wipes know full well what they are doing and also the fact that they will get a slap on the wrist!  >:(

Yeh well kids today are a lot more aware than kids in the 1600s. They get an education to start with.

I might have to back date my birthday a year or two if I catch 1 of the little 13 year old to match theirs

Quote from: Fizzie on October 23, 2025, 07:42:11 AMI had a chuckle as well, but I can also understand what he's saying though.

Just been looking at Park Passes, for both WA & NT, for our trip next year.

WA, was able to sign up for a limited membership with RAC & buy an annual Senior's pass, that covers everybody in the car, for $40 ;D

NT, each person needs a pass, not just 1 for the car, which then only lasts 2 weeks, for $30 each, or $60 annually :'(

But that pass doesn't cover either Kakadu or Uluru!  >:(

For them, you need a different pass, issued by Federal Parks, for $30 each for 7 days at Kakadu, & then $38 each for 3 days at Uluru / Olgas :o

So WA is 1 x $40 for the year, but NT is 2 x $60 + 2 x $68 = $256!!!  :o

But we want tourists to come & visit ???

but if you live here in the NT... they're all free.
