As most of you will know, our 13y/o daughter Chelsea, is our swimmer.

Yesterday she competed at Lismore in the North Coast Speedo Sprint meet. There are two carnivals held on the same day.One in Lismore ( North zone) & one at Kempsey ( South Zone).

Times are taken of the day from both simultaneous meetings and the fastest swimmers go through to the Speedo Sprint finals in Sydney.

Chelsea was the 8th fastest butterfly swimmer on the North Coast ( which takes in from Port Macquarie  to Tweed Heads)

Very proud of her we are.  :cup: :cup:

I thought I had seen it all before until I came across this one. I don't know them personally but I know of them. They named their boy Pqst. If you are into cryptic crosswords you'll work it out. It is pronounced Noah - get it? No R !! The boy named Sue had nothing to deal with compared to what this kid has to live with until he can change it.

The parents are obviously the original ‘I make me laugh’ clowns, to name their child in that manner??

I know a bloke who's initial is P, last name Nuss, always attracted a snigger or two when they called his name out on morning parade (RAAF) "Corporal P Nuss" But just give a thought to anyone named Staines who joins the Navy... "Seaman Staines?"

My grandson was born on the 26th January, and his dad suggested the he be called Ozzy.. Daughter vetoed that one LOL.
4.2L TD Toyota Troopy, (Clarke's Country Camper Trailer, softfloor.) sold it and bought a Avan Ray small poptop caravan. I miss being able to acces the little tracks off into the scrub.
