Only worry is that there might be some who don't get an allocation even though they've put in...
I am a committee member of The Lawrence Rodeo, our rodeo in 2018 gave $27 000.00 back to the local communitty. We had enough funds to purchase $25 000.00 worth of hay, have trucked to drought stricken areas between Warrick and Tamworth to farmers that support local rodeo's, our biggest fear was that those that needed it most would not recieve it.
What we did was, we found out who there locally was organising hay for that desperately needed it and donated money for them to purchase it on our behalf.
It was then distributed accordingly.
That worked well.
It is a hard one to decide who is deserving of help sometimes.
This is true also of floods of past years, here in the Clarence, some people claimed goverment assistance when they were not effected.
Still, Austrians are awesome in times of need, great to see.
