Queenslanders do seem to take the keep left unless overtaking more as a suggestion than a rule

It couldn't possibly be a RULE anymore. I've asked on here before to some of the cops if it is a rule, nobody has ever answered.
Anyway nobody anywhere in the country does it.

In Tasmania it is 80kmh or above.

Gave a Mexican a blast on the uhf today. Going all over the place on the Bruce Hwy changing across all 3 lanes doing 80 in a 100 zone towing a caravan.
Changing lanes when he didn't even have to.

Well you'll be pleased that I've left your state. 
So now I'm driving on good roads again without having a grip of steel on the wheel because of the crap roads.

People driving  in the left hand lane, hard to believe I know, but true
