Oh man, what a good week-end.
The swagger that bought the little red ute told me a little while back it had started to run pretty warm again.

So it was delivered out here just before Xmas at my request, as I needed to sort it.
The first radiator guy I used about 8 weeks ago, was reluctant to open the radiator and power flushed it and it did run nice and cool, until half the crap the HE DIDN'T GET OUT BLOCKED IT UP AGAIN. Jesus H Christ.
Found a bloke In Gatton, who was more than happy to sweat the tanks off and do it properly and the radiator came up roses.
After 2 road tests totaling 86 klm, its cool bananas for the little red ute now.
It was picked up Saturday morning and i'm really happy with the temp its running, out of pocket a few dollars, but as I said, i'm happy and more importantly, so is the swagger.

Gave the Caddy a nice sponge and bubble bath on Saturday, scrubbed the white walls to a gleaming white sheen.
Dressed the black bits with some tyre shine ready for an early kick off Sunday morning.
Out the front gate at 6:10am to get our arses to a cars and coffee get together, where I caught up with Greg Thomsen and Col Dunn from our days running in the Wild Bunch racing.
Had good time, sat down to breakfast in a café, which we seldom do these days.
At 9:45, into the Cheesecake Shop for a pav.... $30.00

and off the Redland Bay to catch up some friends.
BEE U TEE FUL house, on the esplanade overlooking the bay. Doug and Nat have done well.
We celebrated Mrs. Jeepers turning 57 years old/young on Saturday.
Spent hours in the pool, got sunburnt, we ate well, couple of beers, all those things we love to do on a Sunday, before shuffling home in air conditioned Cadillac comfort.
I tell ya, you have to experience a Cadillac ride, to appreciate, just how nice 64 model car can be.
That magic carpet ride, is better than any car we've ever owned, even the new Caprice Mrs. Jeepers had back in 2009.
Nice lazy 250klm round trip, and except for the horrendous fuel consumption, what a cracker of a week-end.
Did you know, with a Cadillac, if they see a Service Station, they turn the indicator on by themselves and just drive on in to it.
No pulling the opposite way on the wheel will stop them and they always head for the premium pumps too.
