I called in yesterday and visited a mate at Raceview on the way home from Brisbane.
When I headed for home, I went through Amberley and Wooloon and out onto the Toowoomba highway.
Should've seen 'em all. Shit.... Gramps has just pulled onto the highway in a friggin old Austin.
Plenty of room to merge, not even close to making an arse of myself.
Bloody Nimrods all bailed to right lane like there was free beer being given away in that lane.
Well, ol Austin Powers was though to 5th very smartly, out into the right lane and never saw the bludgers again.
Not sure what they thought, but none of 'em caught up to me. Austin Powers 1 Nimrods 0

Its perfectly easy to decipher Chesty .. Jeepers said hello and went to a mates place at those locations
Then decided  to go home via those locations
He then wanted to see people people do a Shit while he described himself as a grand parent being pulled onto a major roadway in a car having sex known as old Austin
He had lots of room and didnt show his arse
Idiots unexpectedly changed position thinking there might be free beer there in the new position
The car having sex known as old Austin moved into position #5 quicky then changed lanes and never looked at the lazies
undecided what the lazies are thinking he was able to not get caught while going in an  upwards direction, obviously they could not jump, were too heavy and could not float
Austin , possibly the car having sex previously referred to as Old Austin now has some implied powers equivalent to one
and an idiot had zero power
;D ;D

Pretty happy with the Austin.

Bought it on the 26th of May looking very sad.
Less than 4 months later, looking much better.

Dealing with the flu, being old, a dodgy knee, and the fact most of the car was in boxes, I think i did ok.

What you can't see from that pic is that the brake cables are so slack that they are almost dragging on the road.

Sitting up on Point Danger this morning watching the  dozen or so whales in close and out wide breaching like crazy, huge splashes everywhere ....
But the part that realy made me smile was a very frail little / obviously not real well, elderly lady being helped  over to a good viewing point and seeing her just come alive with unadulterated joy and excitement each time a whale breached, This frail little lady was absolutely buzzing and bouncing  with joy,  clapping her hands, praying,  waving to the whales when they waved their flippers and flukes ..
The look of sheer joy on her face made me smile ..
Top marks to the lady caring for her to take her there .

Had a great Gumtree experience with this week. Bought some steel ARB side step/scrub bars on Wednesday arvo, guy didn't dick me around, parts as advertised. Put the old ones on Gumtree this arvo at 5:30pm, guy called me and came straight round and picked them up and didn't dick me around. So in the end the sidesteps only cost me $200 and an hour of my time. I think that's a first for me and Gumtree...
