Swung the detector for half an hour today, all trash, but amongst it a controller for a vibrator!
Wonder how long it took him or her to realise something was missing.  ;D ;D ;D

Just look for the chick on the beach having a toe curling orgasm that's been going for 4 hours and sell it back to her.

Oh, unless its a bloke, then just drop it and run.

Knocked off work at 12 today, out the door to go bush with the car loaded at 1 (including dog and a mate's kids)

Was out bush by 2, and in the water for a swim by 2.15.

Out the water just before 4

Hot chips on the way home at 420

430... stopped on the side of the road

Green P Plater on the phone, so we'd slowed down to see what was up - f'cked front tyre/wheel. Hole in sidewalls, bent rim and bloody hot... So we stopped to help change it as I have a reasonable range of tools in the boot whenever we go out.

Turns out the P-Plater was doing Yamba to Willow Tree, and had a blow out about half way through the journey. It looked like the tyre was underinflated, and had heated up and then blown.

It's good carrying a 13 year old with you... they have energy... so our mate's lad who had come out with us was getting car up on the jack whilst I found the breaker bar and 21mm socket. Missus had the spare out the back of the P-platers car, and in no time we had the hot punctured wheel off, and a new one on.

P-Plater wasn't a damsel in distress, but a 20-something male who admitted that his Dad had tried to teach him how to change a wheel, but he'd never listened or bothered learning... in 10 minutes we were back on the road with him having a fresher tyre on.. he was going to ring the NRMA and wait for them to come out... Our mate's lass who is on Ls was dispariging about the P-plater, but she drives anything right up to the Kaiser wrecker (on property) so fixing a tyre on a Hyundai is simple...

We were still home by 5....

Had a delivery from the USA of two quite rare reissue Baron and the Funfdecker fokker  kits .. and was Just saying to the wife  this morning how I would like to find the ultra rare  "  Lucky Pierre "  First issue only kit  [ only issue was  47 years ago in small numbers  ] and not more than a few hours later one popped up,  on of all things Ebay, Had to have it  ;D
I now have the complete set of the late  Dave Deals cartoon aircraft kits still in their original plastic wrap .. Only took 38 years  ;D

Earlier in the week, we made the final decision..... we are definitely going to the USA for a 2 week "Reccie Trip" during late July and early August.

Later in the week, i'm told, we're not going... for 2 weeks.  ???
We're going for 3 weeks.  :D

This week-end, we'll start getting our plans together on where, when and so on and so forth.

We'll either return ready to move there asap or rule it out, but I really hope we move there. (just gotta get a green card)

Hmmm, I hope no stray Cadillac's follow me home on the trip.   ::)

They might not follow immediately but they will eventually.  Old yank tanks are like annoying tunes. You can't get them out of your head. One thing I can guarantee tho is you will see two you can't live without at the price they can be had
