How do these services go with dodgy broadband access?

I struggle to watch a three minute YouTube video most nights without buffering.  Can't imagine trying to watch an actual program.

Google  xbmc or kodi as a start and go from there. Might need good internet access though.

Yep we've had it twice now for a year at a time and by the end of the year it's all the same crap so off it goes.

Kodi is great,

Kodi, Netflix and Youtube are our go to sources for our family, commercial TV only gets a look in when the BBL or 50/50 cricket is on.

Another vote for Netflix. My Internet connection is crap and is punishing when watching YouTube or most other streaming sites but I rarely have buffering or issues with Netflix.

I don't watch much live sports or sports in general. Some say they watch live overseas sport but don't know how much they get.

If you haven't done so already check out youtube there are plenty of how to videos. When I first started using Kodi I used the TV Addons wizard as i found that had a heap of really good addons already built in to it. Google "TV Addons Install" plenty of info to start you off.

I have Presto running through the tbox.
Movies are broken into categories, action, drama etc.
they are in no order for example it has the Rocky movies a good think 2 appears first then a Bit later through the catalogue another pops up and so on. It can't be hard to list 1,2,3,4,500 one after another. The choice of movies isnt that great. A lot would have been in the bargain bin at the video shop in the old days.
TV has an okay list, it has Walking Dead but only to season 5

Need to get a new ISP then likely to get Netflix.

If meat weighing gets justified as having warrant less access to metadata, the movie production houses are a shoe in.

All this info is really helpful.
We have free to air telle, and that is it. Don't have time to watch it.
Had foxtel years ago due to living where no TV reception, gave it up and swore never again.
