Hey Bird, here ya go
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-02-15/locals-evacuate-from-queensland-dam-failure-at-talgai/11968580
yea, most TV stations are reporting it as something like Warragamba Dam about to flood 1/2 the state

but ABC says
A leak in an irrigation dam which prompted evacuations and flood warnings in a southern Queensland town will probably have minimal impact to the area, engineers say

AMAZING VID!

Quote
The mighty Mitchell Falls/Punamii-Uunpuu, North Kimberley. Simply spectacular.

Another 80mm in the rain gauge the last few days. That's 897mm on the Mitchell Plateau since Nov 1st.

Feeling incredibly lucky to be living and working in the area and able to shoot and share some footage with Wunambal Gaambera Aboriginal Corporation and DBCA.

For Wet season updates and all things Kimberley be sure to Follow or Like Gary Annett Photography or hop on over to www.lifeontheplateau.com.au

The Gibb River Road and Kalumburu Road are closed for the Wet season. The National Park is also closed and the gates are locked but start planning your Dry season 2020 trip now.
