New to Forum and to a Camper Trailer
« on: October 28, 2013, 04:12:23 PM »
We have just purchased a 2012 Hawk OB CT, I have camped for many years mainly in tents and swags for fishing. Finally convinced the wife that we should give this a go, my wife's definition of camping is "if it doesn't have an ensuite in the hotel room I consider it camping" princess ..yes.
Since I have retired I am spending more and more time travelling and fishing, all fits in good as the wife is still working but is a semi professional photographer. So we tend to travel now to spots that accommodted both fishing and photography. I mentioned the idea of a camper trailer to her and after some looking around she was quiet impresssed with what was available. So we ended up picking up the Hawk.
I must say that this forum has provided me with a mass of information on stuff that I was "looking to ask someone about" , just punch in the search details and bingo heaps of answers, great hints and quantum of experience. So I look forward to eventually being able to contribute but at the moment I will be just sucking the info out.
