Seat Covers
« on: June 29, 2025, 10:44:46 AM »
Hi everyone. Looking at some new seat covers. Need something durable as have 2 kids in the back. Have had black duck 4 elements in previous car and found them good, waterproof, no foam backing so not as comfortable as they could be.
Some like neoprene, never had them but some say they can get hot.  Been looking at denim material, wife has some Supafit ones in her work car and they are quite stained for limited spills. Gotya Covered have their newer Seat Armour material which is a nylon. HD but also worried nylon can get hot. Another is a foam backed canvas.

What is everyone using. Just a daily driver, head away on school holidays, waterproof would be better.

Gotya Covered denim seat covers. They're 10 years old now, and looking a bit faded and starting to wear on the drivers cover. But after 10 years and 220k km, they've survived 2 kids and remain pretty comfortable. I'd buy them again.

I've had neoprene ones for about 4 years, have never found them hot at all, and we get some hot weather here.
