Hey Jon and the team at Tentworld - thanks for the sponsorship of Myswag.   We shop at your Browns Plains store.   Your service and prices on our CFX50 and the CFX28 now more recently in our kit powered by the Ritar battery all supplied by your guys. 

I must say the after sales service for the CFX28 was exceptional.  The motor was unusually loud like the compressor was touching on something and causing a knocking noise in the cabinet.   Rang the guys on a Wednesday to check where I stood.   They asked me to bring it back as soon as I could which was going to be the next night (Thurs night trade).   Was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the store after lunch on Thursday checking I was still coming in as they had a new one out and tested it to make sure it didn't have any dramas and was running quietly/normal - and was ready to swap over.   Did so and I'm wrapped with the new one.   Currently sitting in the garage on beer duty. 

You guys run a good business with the customer coming first.  Consistent pricing, staff with good product knowledge and a good range.    Whenever there is a post online about the national chain stores having a 'massive sale' and they are selling their gear for more than your normal pricing I'm first to call it out and point the person sharing the article to Tentworld.

I happened to be at Browns Plains on business a couple of weeks ago, (on a Saturday), and noticed your store there...

When I dropped in I was blown away...   I know it was a couple of weekends before the Easter break -- but the place was literally heaving with customers....   seemed like 20 or 30 in the store at the time....   

I saw numerous very helpful staff attending to them as well...   I was very impressed...

Well done to Jon and your Team!

And I'm still smiling over the purchase of the old school pressure kerosene lantern I bought from your Windsor store a while back....   

I think it was a perfectly created replica, (including Chrome base and pressure gauge and kero tray etc) --  of the one we used to use camping up at Bribie in the 1970's... (as was purchased then at Rentons hardware store - Bongaree)...   

I bought two of the lanterns on the spot - I was just so happy to have found this product again, after so many years, and such nostalgic memories.....

I'm so glad you're pleased to see us here.... However,  please also dont be afraid to put requests to me! 

Part of being a sponsor here is that I wanted to go the extra mile to look after the MySwaggers and try to add extra value here beyond just helping pay for the server!   

So whether that's asking for more info, photos, videos, on a particular item you're interested in....

I just wanted to say thanks (somewhat late thought) to Jon and his great staff.
I had bought a Blackwolf Air Tent about a year ago from Tentworld. When we camped in September at Straddie I noticed that some of the flyscreen was peeling apart, no big deal. I contacted Blackwolf, and they weren't as good as I had hoped in terms of a repair, warranty or not, I didn't really care. Anyway I contact Jon on the to see what the best way to repair was and his team dealt with Blackwolf and shipping the tent to repairers etc. Anyway long story short I have ended up with a brand new tent.

Great service and people.

No, its in the shed because I know a guy that said he'd have a look at it. He's impossible to nail down to actually have a look at it though .

We still have the other engel that my wife's dad bought in '74 in my other shed.
