For those that wanted the pancake recipe:

Laucke Country Womens Scone Specialty Mix

500g CW Scone Specialty Mix
650ml water
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence

1) Place the Scone Mix, eggs, water, and vanilla essence into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth
2) Allow to stand for 10mins
3) Lightly oil a preheated frypan
4) Pour a soup ladle of the batter into the pan and allow it to spread evenly
5) Lightly fry pancake until it is golden brown, then turn over and complete
